Trucking and logistics
TAT runs a bigger operation than its brand let on. The company is staffed 24/7, handles white glove freight, and keeps 110,000 square feet of secured warehouse space in Steger, Illinois. You couldn't tell any of that from the outside.
Shippers in expedited freight decide fast. Urgent product, tight windows, one shot to pick right. When the brand looks small, the operation never gets the chance to prove otherwise.
Journey built brand guidelines that gave TAT one identity, then applied them where they work hardest.
We designed the fleet identity, starting with a trailer wrap that sells the company on sight. The trailer works highways, docks, and yards, putting the brand in front of shippers all day. We built a social video library so the team has fresh material each week and the brand never goes quiet.
The guidelines were written for daily use by everyone on the team, so the system keeps working long after the engagement ends.
TAT now looks like the carrier it has always been: nationwide, expedited, white glove capable, with warehousing and local pickup and delivery behind it.
Their brand is now in front of shippers daily; on the highway, at the dock, and on social between sales conversations. By the time a rep calls, the name rings a bell.
